They're also giving away free games at intervals, atm Subnautica is free on their store/app thing.

So it uses that afaik

How much does GOG take? I like using it for older games since Steam is problematic. KOTOR was unplayable when purchased through Steam but from GOG it worked just fine.

Iakus You think that'll improve it? I don't really know. I really enjoyed it as RTwP, but I'll probably give this a try with my next run. Supposedly, it will run in a similar manner as the D:OS games

I hope they will announce Borderland 3 at Pax East "The schedule for PAX East's panels has finally been revealed, showing what people can expect from the show in Boston at the end of March. One of those panels is from Gearbox, the Texas-based developers of games like Borderlands and Battleborn, and promises "never-before-seen reveals" on stage at the panel. Speculation is rampant that this could finally be Borderlands 3."Geameinformer

Yeah. But it's a point and click game, so it's not the fps combat of the "real" Borderlands games. But it was freaking HILARIOUS! And had Troy Baker and Laura Bailey voicing Rhys and Fiona. And they were awesome.

Haven't looked at the new Epic Game store. Things like this will make sure I never do.

Haven't looked at the new Epic Game store. Things like this will make sure I never do. This reminds me of Origin when it launched and the amount of data it was collecting. They admitted at least that they shouldn't have been collecting Steam data and encrypting the info in a file placing on your drive regardless of whether or not you opted to share the data. Nothing really benefits the gamer here at this point. The Epic client is bare-bones still in its infancy offering an inferior experience. Valve has had exclusivity with most big publishers for years now, but their client offers a lot of features that gamers want. I doubt Epic has the server infrastructure that Valve has built up and maintains. From my understanding that is included with Valve's take from the publishers, that it's not added on top of their take. It makes me wonder if Epic can keep the low % take that they advertise in the long run without going up.
