Bobbie's become my favorite after Alex. When she's on screen something awesome is usually happening, and it tends to be painful for somebody. Alex just keeps the moral center and lightens the mood. Bobbies great especially book Bobbie, in the books she's over 6 foot tall and 120kg of muscle!!! Amos has become my favourite and that started with book 4 which the next show will be about.

Did you enjoy Tiamat's Wraith Iakus ? Can't wait for season 4 of the series to come out, 19th of December I think. Onecrazymonkey1 did you end up watching all 3 seasons or start the books? What did you think? I decided to start with the show first so I could just enjoy it on its own merits. I did purchase the books but I’m sitting on them for now. Anyway, I’m finished and I’ve enjoyed it so far, I’ll probably re-watch it again before the new season comes out. The physical differences between humans that lived under different conditions was interesting and as far as characters go, bobbie ended up as one of my favorites. Most of the characters were well written though. Idk maybe it's just me but I actually find the cgi in this decent, while in other series it tends to annoy me. I’d say it has made it on of my favorites list and will probably remain there as long as it doesn’t pull a GOT ending.... <.< I’m not exactly sure why Syfi canceled this but I’m glad Amazon saved it. I actually liked the books more. And one advantage the books have is they can emphasize the differences between humans who lived under different conditions. Makeup and special effects simply aren't at the place yet where you can portray Belters as described in the books. The tv show not only has decent cgi, but doesn't rely on it so much to carry the story.

Makes sense in context: LOL re the video, that's an awesome analogy/comparison can't think of the right word to compare an Expanse character to Annie!!!! I like Amos particularly after book four and his Origins story, he's actually a genuinely caring guy but also a hard ass, take no shit or prisoners kind of guy and as a team member they know they can depend on him completely and they know exactly what they can expect of him. No fuss or complication, just solid and dependable. Bobbie the Badass Amos in a nutshell My justification for sport

I might just check that series out. Not likely to support Disney but they do have an opportunity to do a better Captain Falcon than the comics.

I'm watching Erased. It's about a man who finds he can travel back a short distance in time and starts to help people, small things like help a girl from tripping. When his mom is murdered he travels back in time to try save her and finds himself back in his 10 year old body. It's the time when 3 of his classmates go missing and he thinks if he can save them, find the murderer, he can save his mom. It's a murder mystery but so beautifully done. It's only 1 season, and hope it concludes and doesn't leave us hanging.

Not yet, though its not exactly up my usual alley. Might give it a watch because I like Orlando Bloom.
Resumed watching Bosch last week and man do I feel stupid for not finishing up the first season sooner. I initially watched about half of the first episode but it didn't really click in a big way for me. I always intended to pick it back up and I am glad I did. It's close to The Wire territory and its nice seeing many Wire notables cast here as well as other character actors such as Arnold Vosloo and grown man Matthew Lilliard, whom I found thoroughly entertaining. I managed to catch back up to season 5 episode 3. While its top quality and great attention to detail in how police really conduct business, due to its centralized character focus on the titular character it lacks some of those nuances that The Wire had as that was more focused around roles and concepts. That and I find Maddie annoying after season 4's big tragedy.
